Charges for NHS dentistry services

  • Band 1: £21.60 for a thorough check-up, examination and advice. If required, scaling and polishing, x-ray and further planning of other treatments are also done within this cost.
  • Band 2: £59.10 covers procedures like root canal, tooth extraction and fillings along with every treatment offered in Band 1.
  • Band 3: £256.50 covers procedures like crowns, bridges and dentures along with every treatment offered in both Bands 1 and 2.

Which treatments are included in NHS dentistry?
